Seat Leon 20v Turbo in Larkfield, Kent for sale

Seat Leon 20v Turbo X reg 106,000 miles. Have owned since July 2012 and now regrettably I am having to sell it as need something bigger due to having 2 children and now a third on the way if it wasn't for that then i would not be selling it. Good points:- MOT until April 2015 with no advisory. Tax till end of September. Increased BHP from 180 now running at 214BHP. Mileage is low for age unlike some other Leon's. Starts first time every time. Car has never broken down. Part service history Up to 75000 miles mainly from seat. I have a friend who works for VW who has serviced it for me in the 2 years I have owned it. New clutch at 105,000 miles. Tyres have good tread. All seats are in good condition with no rips or burns. Car has a Sony CD player. All electrics working. Single exit exhaust upgraded (not stupidly loud) Dump valve. New fuel pump fitted 200 miles ago. Bad Points:- Any 14 year old car is going to have some bad points. Since the mot was done in April the front left suspension has developed a clonking sound when going over pot holes/bumps/or turning hard right. Think the suspension bushes need to be changed. Have drove the car for the last 6 weeks with this noise and car is perfectly safe I just don't have the time to get it sorted. Not an expensive thing to sort. Needs one new tyre as have the spare on it at the moment. Alloy wheels could do with being refurbished. No huge scratches just need tiding up. Front drivers side suspension squeaks at low speeds has done this since i brought the car been told its because of the larger wheels. And lastly there are 4 or 5 spots on the bonnet where the paint needs touching up, I paid my younger nephew to wash the car and he scrubbed a bit too hard on a few bits of dirt off. To summarize this is a very reliable, fast car that someone with a bit more time and not a huge budget could easily fix the small problems it has and make it into a very nice car. Would consider part exchange maybe with cash you way depending on the car. Looking for a 3 series BMW or Audi A4 under 100,000 miles. Feel free to message me any questions.
